Tal como su nombre los indica, los People’s Choice Awards es una ceremonia donde la gente premia a las mejores producciones del cine, la TV y la música.
La nueva edición de los premios reunió personalidades como Billie Eillish,Tom Hiddleston, Lenny Kravitz y Adam Sandler. Al mismo tiempo, algunos de los íconos nominados fueron: Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Cruise, Beyoncé, Shakira, Maluma, Peso Pluma, Bad Bunny, Becky G, Karol G y Ozuna, entre tantos.
Entre las 45 categorías se destacaban tres argentinos: Lionel Messi, Bizarrap y Tefi Russo. El capitán argentino figuraba entre los mejores atletas del año; mientras tanto, el productor competía en la categoría Mejor Artista Latino, en tanto que Tefi Russo lo hizo como Influencer Latina del Año.
